Envoy Design is a technical production company specializing in website development, ecommerce platforms, mobile applications, and AI/agentic workflow products. We offer services to clients as well as independently operated software solutions for general consumer use.

You may use our services and software only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws. By using Envoy Design services or software, you affirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old, or you have the consent of a parent or legal guardian

  • You will not use our products or services for any unlawful or prohibited purposes

  • You will not reverse-engineer, modify, or exploit any part of our services or software without our permission

3. Client Services

If you are a business or organization engaging Envoy Design for custom development, design, or technical support:

  • The scope, deliverables, and pricing will be outlined in a separate written agreement

  • Any data you provide remains your property; Envoy Design acts only as a service provider

  • You are responsible for complying with applicable privacy and data protection laws related to your end users

4. Envoy-Owned Software and Applications

For software products offered directly to users by Envoy Design (“Envoy Software”):

  • We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software for its intended purpose

  • You may be required to create an account or provide certain information to access features

  • We may update or discontinue features at any time without notice

We make no guarantees about uninterrupted access or specific functionality. Use of Envoy Software is at your own risk and subject to our Privacy Policy.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, code, trademarks, and designs associated with Envoy Design services and products are the intellectual property of Envoy Design or its licensors. You may not use, copy, or distribute any materials without prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Envoy Design is not liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages

  • Loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses

  • Any issues arising from third-party services or user error

Our total liability under these Terms is limited to the amount you paid (if any) for the service or software during the prior 12 months.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to any Envoy Design service or software at any time, with or without cause, and without liability. Violations of these Terms may result in immediate termination.
