For those in the industry it is often times taken for granted things we just “know”. It is always nice however to have a little validation. RetailMeNot released this and it is nice to see that what we did in fact already suspect is also true. In short, people want a deal, they want to know they are not a fool for buying that widget, and they want to know they are buying from someone who isn’t going to rip them off. Tick these boxes and you are good. While this entire list is certainly something to strive for, the big ones don’t seem to change. As they say, it isn’t exactly rocket science.
