The Posters
25 years seems like a long time. Internally, it can sometimes feel like just yesterday but, upon reflection, we have covered a lot of ground in that time. The inspiration for celebrating was clearly based on a round number but the way we would express this was a bit more nuanced, and a lot more fun.
These posters are a perfect representation of our company’s past, present, and future. With many art degrees in hand, most of which not being used as prescribed, we have a deep appreciation for this rich history of graphic design. There have been many movements and visual experiments over the years which have inspired countless designers; ourselves included. Our deep-rooted appreciation for these cannot be wholly separated from the current reality of generative AI and how that is affecting what we do and, more importantly, how we do it.
These posters are a manifestation of that intersection. Each poster represents dozens, to hundreds of prompts carefully explored to produce an outcome to tip our hats to the various artistic styles that inspired us over the years. Those posters were then brought in to our modern suite of editing tools that we then applied classical techniques for typography, layout, and color. These posters could not exist without equal effort on both sides of that equation; a reality that we feel will take center stage in the next phases of our evolution.
We are thrilled to have been around long enough to be able to celebrate this event and are beyond grateful for the ability to produce these beautiful posters. We hope you enjoy them as much as we do.
